Staff Bio - Mark Hubble

Mark Hubble - Director 

Mark has over 15 years experience in the IT Industry at Senior Account Management and Sales Management levels.  

After completing a double major at Otago University and a two year stint in Marketing and Sales in Auckland he spent the next 4 years in Europe, brokering large hardware deals to France and Spain.  Mark returned to New Zealand and worked for IndeServe, a large backbone cabling company, as Senior Account Manager involving large Auckland based RFP’s. Mark then spent the next 4 years working for Maclean Computing initially as an Account Manager and then as Sales Manager

In 2004 Mark teamed up with Cherrie Wheeler to create Radius Recruitment New Zealand Limited. With a specialty in recruiting for senior technical and management roles in the IT industry Radius Recruitment gained a strong reputation as a source of high caliber candidates especially international candidates.

Dealing with an increasing number of international candidates we became more and more involved with the issues surrounding immigration, visas and introducing people to New Zealand. With the regulation of the immigration industry it provided the ideal opportunity to create Compass Immigration New Zealand Limited.

When not at work Mark spends his weekends with his wife and two cats alternating between their wonderful bach in Parkiki and their Auckland home.
